  Asian shares climbed to a record high on Wednesday. The Shanghai composite is up 0.15% at 3,570.99. Overall, the Singapore MSCI down 0.34% at 340.45. Over in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index up 0.61% to 29,795. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 down 0.73% at 28,460, while the Topix index is down 0.70% at 1843.5. South Korea’s Kospi up 0.40% to 3105.04. Australia S&P/ASX 200 up 0.49% at 6775.6. European equities Tuesday closing. The DAX futures contract in Germany traded 0.24% down at 13815.06, CAC 40 futures down 0.33% at 5598.6 and the UK 100 futures contract in the U.K. down 0.02% at 6,735.1. In U.S. on Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 0.38% at 30930.5 the S&P 500 up 0.81% to 3798.9 and the Nasdaq 100 up 0.07% at 13053.7, NYSE closes at 14987.34 up 0.63%.   On Tuesday Asian markets crouched down low ahead of the first U.S. presidential debate later in the global day, with investors also remaining cautious over the global economy’s prospects as coronavirus deaths surpassed the 1-million mark worldwide. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index was down 0.56% to 23,344. Mainland Chinese stocks also edged lower today, as the Shanghai composite climbed up by 0.41% to about 3,229.42. South Korea’s Kospi climbed up by1.01% to 2,329.91. Shares in Australia also saw loss, with the S&P/ASX 200 inching down to 0.14% to 5,944.80. Overall, the Singapore MSCI index gained 1.46% to 287.38, at the time of writing.   Gold inched down on Monday morning in Asia ahead of speeches by U.S. Federal Reserve officials later in the week, with losses capped by a weak dollar.  Gold futures  were down 1.32% at $1,936.50, while the dollar was down on Monday. Investors are turning their focus to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, who is scheduled to appear before the U.S. Congress later this week, for further guidance on the Fed’s approach to inflation. Other Fed committee members, including Charles Evans, Raphael Bostic, Lael Brainard, James Bullard, Mary Daly and John Williams, are also scheduled to deliver speeches. “The focus on Jerome Powell will be how much he is going to try to sway the Senate to provide more stimulus, more stimulus in the U.S. could lead to a weaker U.S. dollar and that would be positive for gold,” AxiCorp chief market strategist Stephen Innes.   On Monday, the Asian market held on tight ranges as attention shifts to US elections and stimulus. The Japanese market is closed today as Japan every year on 21st September observes “Respect for the aged” Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index was down 0.70% to 24,179. Mainland Chinese stocks also edged lower today, as the Shanghai composite declined to0.26% to about 3,329.42. South Korea’s Kospi climbed down to 2,389.91. Shares in Australia also saw loss, with the S&P/ASX 200 inched down to 0.50% to 5,809.80 to hit a new 1-month low. The best performers of the session on the S&P/ASX 200 were Whitehaven Coal Ltd, which rose 10.17% or 0.090 points to trade at 0.975 at the close. Overall, the Singapore MSCI index gained 0.46% to 287.88, at the time of writing. U. S.   Britain’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic continued as shops reopened and manufacturing activity resumed, but the economy has grown slowly. GDP now stands at 18.6% which is a little higher than the previous low ebb in April. However, it remains 11.7% below the levels indicated in February 2020 before the infection transmission to Britain. European stock markets were opened mixed on Friday, with investors having an eye on a comparatively optimistic ECB and new weakened statistics of the Wall Street. The pan-European Stoxx 600 declined by 0.91% to 367.12. In the Cash Markets, the CAC 40 was trading lower by 0.38% at 5028.43 and the DAX declined by 0.26% to 13,202. Euro Stoxx 50 declined 0.36% to 3,312.09, at the time of writing. Stocks in Asia-Pacific were trading mixed in early trade session today as the drop in the movement of the regional technology stock sector stateside.
